Process
Injection molding
Injection molding is a method in which heated and melted resin raw materials are injected into the mold cavity by high pressure, and then cooled and solidified to obtain injection molded products. Injection molding is mainly divided into 6 stages, namely: mold closing; injection; pressure holding; cooling; mold opening; product removal.

The melt flow rate of LDPE is 7.5 g/10min
The density is 0.921 g/cm3
The tensile strength is 9 MPa
The elongation at break is 400 %
Properties
Low-density polyethylene is a non-toxic, odorless white granule with excellent physical and mechanical properties, electrical insulation, chemical resistance, low temperature performance and processing performance.
Uses
Extrusion and foaming, processing fruit nets, small injection molding products, such as inner caps of bottle caps. It can also be used for foaming, injection molding and film production of various film products, injection molding, blow molding products, coating film products, pipes, power cable insulation silane crosslinking and other products.
