EVA resin’s typical application:

Foam shoe material

It is an important application field of EVA resin. Because EVA resin blended foam products have softness, good elasticity, and chemical corrosion resistance, EVA V3110F is widely used in EVA functional film products with medium and high tensile strength.

Film

The main purpose of EVA film is to produce functional shed film. The shed film made by adding a certain amount of EVA resin not only has a higher light transmittance, but also has a greatly improved anti-fog performance, which generally lasts for more than 4 months.

EVA injection molding processing process setting (molding key points)

EVA/molding processing temperature is low (160-200°C), and the range is wide;

Low mold temperature (20-45°C);

The material will be dried before processing (drying temperature 65°C).

When EVA is processed, the mold temperature and material temperature should not be too high, otherwise the surface will be rough (unsmooth).

EVA products are easy to stick to the front mold, and the cold material hole in the main channel of the nozzle should be made into a buckle type. It is easy to decompose when the temperature exceeds 240°C.

EVA should adopt low temperature, medium pressure and medium speed process conditions to process products.
