Description
LLDPE's superior toughness, low temperature and impact strength are suitable for injection molding products such as waste bins, toys and refrigerators. In addition, its high resistance to stress cracking makes it suitable for injection molded lids in contact with oily food, rotationally molded waste containers, fuel tanks and chemical tanks.
The tensile performance of LLDPE is higher than that of LDPE, the tensile quantity and tensile yield strength are large, especially the tensile breaking strength and elongation at break are large, and the rigidity is good. Relationship between stiffness and density: The lower the density, the less rigid (i.e., softer). For the same density, LLDPE has higher impact strength, and the impact strength of C6 and C8 comonomer polymers is higher than that of C4.
Product Properties
LLDPE injection molding grade DNDA8320 is linear polyethylene resin with butene-1 as comonomer produced by using Univation UNIPOL process. White non-toxic, tasteless & odorless particle.
