V4110D EVA LDPE for Compounds

EVA V4110D is a low-density polyethylene resin used for films in various fields such as agriculture and industry.

Tasteless, odorless, non-toxic, matte, milky white wax particles. Insoluble in water, slightly soluble in hydrocarbons, toluene, etc. Ability to resist most acid and alkali erosion. It has low water absorption, can still maintain flexibility at low temperature, and has high electrical insulation.

Using carbon-linked low-pressure gas-phase and fluidized-bed reactor polymerization technology, high-purity ethylene is used as the main raw material, α-olefins such as 1-butene and 1-hexene are used as comonomers, and high-activity catalysts are used to carry out polymerization under the conditions of about 80 ° C ~ 110 ° C and 2.4 MPa, followed by degassing and granulation to obtain low-density polyethylene resin.

It is mainly used as agricultural film, industrial packaging film, mechanical parts, daily necessities, building materials, wires, cable insulation, coating and synthetic paper, etc.

1.The melt temperature during injection molding is 245℃, and the mold temperature is 45℃.

2.Injection molding sample size adopts the current international standard.
