Yarn grade PP 1102K is a universal homopolyzing wire drawing material produced by Coal Chemical Industry Company of Shenhua Ningxia Coal Industry Group on the gas-phase polypropylene device. The product is hydrocarbon, non-toxic, tasteless, spray free, light white particles, and meets the requirements of food hygiene.
PRODUCT FEATURES:
It has excellent tensile performance and good machining performance. Processed products have no water absorption, corrosion resistance, no mildew, wear resistance, long service life and so on.
PRODUCT USE:
1102K polypropylene wire-drawing products are widely used in woven bags, tear film, carpet backing, container bags, tarpaulin, rope, extrusion sheet, hot forming and so on.
PROCESSING CONDITIONS:
Recommended extruder material temperature: 190℃~240 ℃
The specific processing technology can be adjusted according to the raw materials, molding equipment and recommended processing technology.
PRODUCT PACKAGING:
Polypropylene woven bag packing. The net content of each bag is 25 Kg.
STORAGE AND TRANSPORTATION REQUIREMENTS:
It should be stored at room temperature, protected from direct sunlight and not piled in the open air. Transportation shall not be exposed to the sun or rain, shall not be mixed with sand, metal and other pollutants, but also shall not be mixed with flammable goods. Caravan transport must be covered with tarpaulin, clean inside, dry or use a private car.
