Film grade SABIC LDPE 2023JN is a Low Density Polyethylene grade suitable for general-purpose packaging, produced by SABIC, one of the world's leading petrochemical companies. They exhibit better draw down, good optical and mechanical properties. HP2023JN contains slip and antiblock additives.
One of the key characteristics of SABIC LDPE 2023JN is its excellent mechanical properties. It has a high tensile strength and elongation at break. Typical applications are thin shrink film, lamination film, produce bags, textile packaging, soft goods packaging, general-purpose bags with good optics and t-shirts carrier bags.
Another important feature is its excellent sealing properties. It has a low sealing temperature and high hot tack strength, which makes it ideal for use in heat seal applications, such as food packaging films.
SABIC LDPE 2023JN is also known for its excellent optical properties. It has a high gloss and good transparency, which make it ideal for use in clear packaging films.

Storage and handling
Polyethylene resin should be stored in a manner to prevent a direct exposure to sunlight and/or heat. The storage area should also be dry and preferably do not exceed 50°C. It is advisable to process PE resin within 6 months after delivery.
