LC565 is an ethylene-1-butene copolymer produced using LG Chem's metallocene polymer catalyst and solution process technology. This resin is an excellent impact modifier for plastics, providing unique properties for composite products. Applications: General-purpose thermoplastic elastomers, polymer-modified soft and hard TPO compounds, with improved impact strength in polypropylene, excellent filler acceptance as granules, excellent toughness, and flexibility for reducing product weight.

 

Thermoplastic elastomers Performance: Low density, high fluidity, and ease of processing and molding. Melt index: 5.0, specific gravity: 0.87, Mooney viscosity: 8, hardness: 54, tensile strength: 1.8, elongation at break: 550%, tear strength: 20, melting point: 36°C.

 

Applications:
Shoe sole foaming, Automotive interior and exterior sound insulation extrusion coating, and heat sealant coatings in packaging films.
