After LDPE is heated, as the temperature rises, the crystallization gradually decreases, the crystallization part disappears completely, and the polyethylene melts, and the temperature at this time is the melting point. The density of polyethylene increases, and the melting point increases with the increase of crystallinity, so the melting point of polyethylene with different density is different.
In the molten state, the melt viscosity of LDPE is a function of molecular weight, which increases with the increase of molecular weight. The molecular weight is the same, the melt viscosity decreases as the temperature rises. LDPE density has different toughness at room temperature.
