PMMA Process Technology

Next, the extruded PMMA is drawn and cooled, usually using a cooling tank or cooler. Finally, the cooled PMMA is cut and trimmed to obtain the desired finished product.

In addition to injection molding and extrusion molding, PMMA can also be processed by other process technologies, such as hot pressing, vacuum blister, calendering, etc. Different process technologies are suitable for different finished product needs and can be selected according to the specific situation.
