  • PP-B (Block Copolymer polypropylene Tube)

 Raw material: made of propylene monomer and ethylene monomer through copolymerization;

Characteristics: Due to the addition of ethylene monomer, the crystallinity of PPB is low, which makes PPB pipe softer and better toughness than PPH pipe, effectively improving low temperature impact performance;

Long-term use temperature: -20℃-60℃ (approximate range);

Application field: Mainly used for cold water and warm water transportation, suitable for water supply and drainage systems of buildings.

  • PP-R (random copolymer polypropylene tube)

 Raw materials: ethylene monomer is irregularly distributed in the propylene chain in the molecular chain, forming an overall uniform copolymer;

Characteristics: Due to the random distribution of ethylene monomer, the crystallinity of PPR is between PPH and PPB, which makes the PPR tube not only has a certain rigidity, but also has good flexibility and low temperature resistance;

Long-term use temperature: -10℃-65℃ (approximate range);

Use: Commonly used in residential and commercial buildings in hot and cold water pipelines, underfloor heating systems and drinking water transmission.

PP-RCT (High temperature resistant β-crystal polypropylene tube)
Raw materials: Optimizing the crystallization method of traditional PP-R, using β crystal instead of the original α-crystal type of PP-R; 

Characteristics: Compared with ordinary PP-R tubes, high temperature resistance is further improved, low temperature brittleness is improved, and creep resistance is enhanced, and service life is longer;

Long-term use temperature: -20℃-95℃;

Use: Widely used in high temperature hot water piping system and high demand industrial piping system.

  • FRPP (Glass Fiber Reinforced Polypropylene Tube)

 Raw material: by adding alkali-free glass fiber masterbatch to polypropylene raw material to improve its performance;

Characteristics: Mechanical properties, high temperature resistance has been significantly enhanced, especially the improvement of corrosion resistance, can resist the erosion of most acids, alkalis, salts and organic solvents;

Long-term use temperature: 0℃-90℃; -- Use: Mainly used in chemical production, electroplating, environmental protection industry and other high corrosive and high temperature applications.
