Applications of the Product

OQ Luban DFDC-7050 is a butene LLDPE grade designed for the blown film process, offering high gloss and excellent drawdown. Films made from DFDC-7050 resin have very good tensile and toughness properties, high adhesion resistance, containing slippery additives and heat stabilizers. It is widely used in agricultural film, box bags, food packaging film, FFS packaging film, clothing bags, lining bags, multilayer packaging film, casting film, and so on.

This resin provides good durability, puncture resistance, and strong seal strength, making it an ideal material for lining bags. It also has good flexibility and tear resistance, which enhances the bag's overall strength and performance.

Lining bags made from LLDPE DFDC-7050 are used to provide an additional layer of protection for products such as grains, chemicals, and other bulk materials. Storage and Handling

Luban DFDC-7050 must be protected from direct sunlight and should be stored in a shaded and completely dry area. Contact with strong oxidizers, excessive heat, sparks, or open flame should be avoided as this could initiate the degradation process and consequently impact the quality of the material.

Luban DFDC-7050 meets the requirements of the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) as specified in 21 CFR 177.1520, covering the safe use of polyolefin articles and components of articles intended for direct food contact. Recycling

The product is suitable for recycling using modern methods of shredding and cleaning. In-house production waste should be kept clean to facilitate direct recycling.
