HDPE 7750 is a raffia grade high density polyethylene resin, and also is a special low pressure yarn grade material.
HDPE RESIN
High-density polyethylene, also known as low-pressure polyethylene, is odorless, tasteless, non-toxic white particles or powder, feels like wax, has excellent low temperature resistance (minimum operating temperature can reach -100~-70°C), good chemical stability, and can resist most acids and alkalis (not resistant to acids with oxidizing properties). Insoluble in common solvents at room temperature, low water absorption, good electrical insulation.
Process
The material uses Hostalen ACP process technology. The main raw materials are ethylene, butene-1 and hydrogen. It is obtained by polymerization reaction under the high activity Ziegler catalyst provided by Basell.
