High light PP
The light PP material is high-gloss polypropylene plastic. By filling a certain amount of barium into the PP material, the PP surface can be made to resemble ABS, providing a high-gloss and high-hardness surface, and enhancing the heat resistance of the material.
Features: high gloss, high structural strength, high heat resistance, good dimensional stability.
Application: Household appliances: rice cooker, bread machine and other shells; square pot material (square bread cover, body-level base).
Flame retardant PP
Flame retardant PP is fireproof polypropylene. Flame-retardant PP materials are suitable for aerospace, chemical industry, electronic appliances, machinery, automobile and railway industries, and are used to make high-strength, high-temperature-resistant, and insulating machine parts with various high-performance requirements.
Features: No toxicity, no potential carcinogenicity, and no harm to human skin. Flame-retardant PP has very good thermoplasticity, chemical and mechanical resistance, and excellent antibacterial ability.
Weather-resistant PP
Modified PP is used to greatly increase the life of PP materials in outdoor use by modifying the weather resistance of PP materials.
Principle: Since PP materials contain unstable tertiary carbon groups, they are prone to aging and degradation after being exposed to light, heat and oxygen, resulting in discoloration and strength decline. By adding weather-resistant additives, after ultraviolet rays destroy PP molecules and form free radicals, the tissue free radicals react further, thereby achieving the purpose of anti-aging.
Application: weather-resistant PP, mainly used in home appliance shells, indoor and outdoor air conditioner components, assembled floors and other outdoor products.
Glass fiber reinforced PP
Glass fiber reinforced PP is a mixture of polypropylene and glass fibers.
Principle: Reinforced PP mainly refers to glass fiber reinforced PP. Due to the addition of glass fiber, the mutual movement between the polymer chains of the plastic is limited. Therefore, the shrinkage rate of the reinforced plastic decreases and the rigidity is greatly improved.
Application: Reinforced PP, mainly used to manufacture various mechanical parts, mainly including automobile fans, air-conditioning fans, water purifier filter bottles, in the electrical industry, it can be used for various home appliance appearance parts to replace ABS and HIPS, and is widely used in refrigerator top covers, Air conditioner base, foot bath, etc.
