Injection Molding PP K7780 for Water Tap

PP K7780 is Impact Copolymer, injection molding grade, with MFR of 80 g/10min. It is used for manufacturing High-impact Devices, Automotive and Household Appliances Parts.

The material is a series of ultra-high flow impact copolymer polypropylene products produced by gas phase and hydrogen adjustment process. The material has good impact strength, mechanical strength, hardness and heat resistance, and has excellent fluidity. Compared with products produced by the degradation method, hydrogen-adjusted PP K7780 has a wider molecular weight distribution, better whiteness stability, lower volatile organic compound (VOC) content, and stable MFR when used as a base material for modified materials.

The material can be directly applied to the production of modified materials for home appliances, household and automotive interior parts.

Packages, Storage and Transportation

This resin is packaged in internally film-coated polypropylene woven bags or FFS film bags. The net weight is 25Kg/bag.

The resin should be stored in a drafty, dry warehouse and away from fire and direct sunlight. It should not be piled up in the open air. During transportation, the material should not be exposed to strong sunlight or rain and should not be transported together with sand, soil, scrap metal, coal or glass. Transportation together with toxic, corrosive and flammable substance is strictly prohibited.
