POM BLACK Delrin 527uv Bk701 For Bearings

POM is a crystalline plastic and a tough and elastic material with a density of 1.42g/cm³. It has good rigidity and is commonly known as "Saigang". It is an engineering plastic with excellent properties such as fatigue resistance, creep resistance, wear resistance, heat resistance, impact resistance, etc., with a small friction coefficient and good self-lubrication.

POM has 2 classifications, one is homopolymer and the other is copolymer. Homopolymer materials have good ductility and fatigue strength, but are not easy to process. Copolymer materials have good thermal and chemical stability and are easy to process. Both are not easy to absorb moisture.

It is mainly used for products that act as skeletons such as gears, bearings, auto parts, machine tools, and internal parts of instruments. It is suitable for manufacturing wear-resistant parts, transmission parts, chemicals, and instrumentation parts.
