Mitsui Chemicals DF610 is a POE (polyolefin elastomer) from the TAFMER™ series. Characterized by high transparency, impact modification capabilities, and low-temperature resistance, it is an amorphous or low-crystallinity alpha-olefin copolymer frequently used as a modifier for soft plastics.

Key Features:

• Density: approx. 0.862 g/cm³; Melt Flow Rate (MFR): 1.2 g/10 min (190°C/2.16 kg); Shore A Hardness: 57
• Tensile strength: >3 MPa; Elongation at break: >1000%; Brittleness temperature: below -70°C
• Good compatibility with PP and PE (no additional compatibilizer required); excellent melt stability even with high filler loading
• Features high transparency, low-temperature resistance, and suitability for foaming and cross-linking; select grades comply with relevant FDA and EU health and safety standards

• Automotive parts: Impact-resistant components such as bumpers and dashboards
• Packaging materials: Low-temperature heat-seal films, easy-peel films, and agricultural films
