Polycarbonate is a tough thermoplastic resin. PC 2605 is a polycarbonate engineering plastic produced by Bayer in Germany, the brand is Makrolon, and its model belongs to the Makrolon series. PC has high transparency and transparent particles. PC has medical grade and fireproof grade.
Its physical properties include melt flow rate of 12-13g/10min (300℃/1.2kg), tensile modulus of 2400MPa and notched impact strength of 85KJ/m². The product is designed for easy demolding scenes, with a molding shrinkage rate as low as 0.1%-0.8%, and is widely used in the manufacture of precision parts such as car sunroof frames, mobile phone protective cases, and industrial protective parts. It needs to be preheated and dried at 120℃ during processing, and the melt temperature is recommended to be controlled at around 290℃.
Polycarbonate mainly used in industrial fields such as electronic appliances, automobile manufacturing, medical equipment and optical components. This product is a general-purpose material with medium and low viscosity, high impact strength (stable performance from -40℃ to 130℃), meets the injection molding and extrusion molding process standards, and is UL certified.
