LB7000 exhibits strong adhesion to cardboard, plastic substrates and other materials, ensuring that the coating layer is tightly bonded to the substrate, effectively preventing delamination or shedding.

Melt flow rate (MFR): 7 g/10min (190℃/2.16kg), moderate fluidity, easy to process.
Density: 0.917 g/cm³, lightweight design, taking into account strength and cost-effectiveness.
Mechanical properties: tensile strength 11.8 MPa, elongation at break 500%, giving the material excellent flexibility and tear resistance.
Thermal stability: Vicat softening point 83℃, adapting to wide temperature processing environment, ensuring that the coating layer remains stable at high temperature.
