The product HDPE QHJ01 adopts the low-pressure gas-phase fluidized bed technology of United Carbide Corporation (now Univation), with ethylene as the main raw material, propylene, 1-butene or 1-hexene as the comonomer, and hydrogen as the molecular weight regulator. The S catalyst is used to produce HDPE products with wide distribution, and the F catalyst is used to produce HDPE and MDPE products distributed in the middle.
Product physical and chemical properties
Uncolored pellets or powder, without mechanical impurities. The pellets are cylindrical particles. The product has good mechanical properties and excellent processing performance, and is widely used in the production of extruded pipes, blown films, communication cables, hollow containers, injection molding and other products.
Packaging and Shipping
High-density polyethylene resin is non-hazardous. It is packed in inner-coated polypropylene woven bags, and the net weight of each bag is 25kg. It is strictly forbidden to use sharp tools such as iron hooks during transportation and loading and unloading, and do not throw them. The means of transport should be kept clean, dry and equipped with a shed or scouring pad. During transportation, it should not be mixed with SARS, broken metal, coal and glass, let alone mixed with toxic, corrosive or flammable materials: it is strictly forbidden to expose to the sun or rain. It should be stored in a well-ventilated, dry, clean warehouse with good fire-fighting facilities. When storing, it should be kept away from heat sources and direct sunlight, and it is strictly forbidden to stack in the open air. The storage period is generally not more than 12 months from the date of production.

At the same time, good insulation performance, environmental stress cracking resistance and thermal stress cracking performance, excellent toughness and wear resistance and other comprehensive properties have reached the international advanced level of similar products.
