Packaging
The resin is packaged in heavy duty bags (FFS).

Storage and Transportation
The resin should be stored in a drafty, dry warehouse and away from fire and direct sunlight. It should not be piled up in the open air. During transportation, the material should not be exposed to strong sunlight or rain and should not be transported together with sand, soil, scrap metal, coal or glass. Transportation together with toxic, corrosive and flammable substance is strictly prohibited.
Production process
After the resin raw material is dried, it is put into the hopper, and the raw material enters the screw groove of the barrel, and is forced to be pushed to the machine head from the thread direction by the continuous rotation of the screw.
When the plastic is extruded, the film with viscous fluid state immediately enters the cooling water tank for rapid cooling to form a film, which is cut and then heat-treated by two sets of ovens on the back of the hot plate. Under the action of stretching and traction, the elongated molecules of the flat yarn are oriented, which increases the longitudinal strength of the flat yarn, and then is wound up.
Application
The HDPE filament grade is suitable for making packaging film, nets, ropes and small and medium-sized containers.
