Blow molding
Blow molding is one of the processing and molding methods of thermoplastics. According to the operation process, it is divided into extrusion blow molding method, injection blow molding method, stretch blow molding method and multi-layer blow molding method. Extrusion blow molding method: Extrude the tubular parison with an extruder, put it into the mold while it is hot, and blow it with compressed air to make it reach the shape of the mold cavity, and the product is obtained after cooling and setting. The advantages are: it is suitable for a variety of plastics, it can produce large-scale products, it has high production efficiency, the temperature of the parison is more uniform and the investment in equipment is less. Therefore, the extrusion blow molding method has a great advantage in the current production of hollow products.
